Terms and Conditions

1.  NO minimum order required on stock items. Place orders and remit to:  SHELF TAG SUPPLY   17005 Westfield Park Rd., Ste 100   Westfield, IN  46074

2.  FOB Origin. Shipping charges are based only upon the size and weight for common carrier shipment plus packing and materials needed for carrier delivery. No handling or processing fees are included in the shipping charge.

3.  Any over-sized or overnight, expedited, upgraded or international shipping will incur an extra charge.

4.  To check on a particular order shipment, select Check Order Status from the Order Information options in the navigation section below and review date shipped, carrier and tracking number (if applicable). For UPS shipments, use tracking number to link to the UPS web site and check on the delivery progress.

5.  Charges may be directly billed to your account.

6.  Quantities of 10 or more packages or 1000 or more items may be bulk-packed at our option unless otherwise arranged at the time of order. This packaging and handling difference is a cost savings reflected in our order discount structure.

7.  Returned orders over $500. will incur a restocking fee.

8.  VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover accepted.

9.  Open account, net 30 days, available to qualified customers.

10.  Returned checks will result in a $28.00 service fee.

11.  Invoices not paid within terms are subject to a 1.5% per month late charge on the balance due plus any collection expenses including collection services, court cost, and legal fees.

12. All prices are in US Dollars.

FREE SAMPLES

Is Free really "Free"?

• Some suppliers say Free, but they add-on a "service" fee
• Others say Free, then over-charge for the "shipping & handling" 
• And, there are those that advertise Free, but then you have to agree to so many conditions that it is more trouble than it is worth

At SHELF TAG SUPPLY when we say Free Sample, it is really FREE.

• No service charge
• No charge for ground shipping & handling
• No terms, no conditions, nothing to sign

For orders of our signs, simply place the order and we will quickly make one actual sign for your review and approval. Then with your OK or modifications, we will fulfill the remainder of the order. If you are not satisfied with the sign, you may cancel the order and not be charged. For orders of all other products, select the Part # you wish to review, complete the Free Sample form, and we will ship a sample item right away.

We encourage you to see a sample first. It's simple, we want you to know exactly what you are purchasing and to be very satisfied with it - no surprises.
